The rulebook

Terms of service

The plain-language agreement between you and us when you order here.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by NAHAKJERSEY ("we", "us"), an independent retailer based in India. Contact details are on the contact page.

2. What we sell

We sell replica fan merchandise: football-style jerseys inspired by club and national team colourways. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or an official licensee of any club, federation, league or sportswear brand, and nothing on this site should be read as claiming otherwise. Team names are used only to identify a design.

3. Orders and acceptance

An order is placed when you complete checkout and is accepted when we dispatch it. Until then we may cancel and refund an order — for example if an item goes out of stock, a price was displayed incorrectly, or we cannot verify a cash-on-delivery order. We will always tell you why.

4. Prices and payment

5. Customised items

Check names, numbers and badges carefully before ordering. We print exactly what you enter. Customised items cannot be returned or cancelled after printing starts, except where we made an error.

6. Delivery, returns and refunds

These are covered by our shipping and returns & refunds policies, which form part of these terms.

7. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password private and for activity under your account. Tell us at once if you think it has been used without your permission.

8. Reviews

Reviews are moderated before they appear. We remove reviews that are abusive, off-topic or not about a product bought here. By posting one, you allow us to display it on this site.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other Indian law. Beyond those rights, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to that order.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will always try to resolve a complaint directly first — contact us.
