What we collect
- Order details — name, delivery address, phone number and email, so we can deliver and contact you about the order.
- Account details — email, name, phone and a securely hashed password, if you create an account. Sign in with Google shares only your name and email address.
- Payment status — whether a payment succeeded and its Razorpay reference. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay's secure page and never reach our servers.
- Reviews and wishlist — what you write and save.
- Technical data — IP address and browser type in server logs, kept briefly for security and to prevent abuse.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
- We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site.
- We do not send marketing messages unless you ask for them.
Who we share it with
- Couriers — name, address and phone number, to deliver your parcel.
- Razorpay — order amount and reference, to process online payments.
- Google — only if you choose to sign in with Google.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
Cookies
We use one cookie, nahak_session, to keep you signed in. It is HttpOnly and cannot be read by scripts. Your bag and wishlist are stored in your own browser until you order or clear them. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as Indian tax and consumer law require. Account data is kept until you ask us to delete it. Server logs are rotated within 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time by emailing support@nahakjersey.in. We will respond within 30 days. Order records needed for tax purposes may be kept in anonymised form.
Security
Connections to this site are encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords are stored only as salted scrypt hashes. Payments are handled by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant provider.
